    4 Week Diet Challenge

    2The time has come where I need to fit into that perfect corset I bought just a few weeks ago from my favourite online shopping store They have a wide collection of stunning corsets and I was tempted to buy one. Once it arrived it was show stopping and I can’t wait to wear it along with my rhinestone mini skirt for my husbands 40th birthday.  I want to make sure I spark and dazzle only one thing I need to lose about a few pounds for it to fit perfectly snug.  Yes I’m being a little picky but hey I have a month and I truly think I can do it.

    We all know a diet is what works best for losing weight. So I decided to go on a 4 week diet challenge.  My diet plan starts off with what should I eat which is extremely important.  Low calorie foods are a sure way to lose weight and keep it down which is my goal. So I have started eating more nutritional value foods. So I have stocked up on whole grains, fruits, healthy fats and proteins in order to reach my goals. I made sure to not stock up on high calorie foods in order to stick to my diet plan.

    Whole foods are my favorite simply because they haven’t been processed to the extreme maintaining their nutritional values. I’m not a big fan of over processed foods makes me feel very unhealthy to the point where I just simply avoid them.  The best I can of course I do occasionally have a cheat day J

    3For example having an apple instead of apple juice will give you more of the nutrients to the capacity of which you need because it has the seeds the skin all the necessary nutrients. You get more of what you want. Rich supply of nutrients is your goal.  Make sure to stock up on fruits and vegetables high in antioxidants a great way of knowing which items carry the most is based on color. The brighter and more colorful the more richness they carry.  So you get healthy beautiful appetizing meals.

    Another challenge I am preparing myself for is when to eat. Trying to ensure I start off my day with a good breakfast even though I’m rushed in the mornings.  The most important meal of the day is breakfast due to the fact that after 8 hours of sleep the body relies on food for energy.  Lunch will be the biggest meal of my day to ensure I can work out the any buildup. Thus Dinner will be light and earlier than bedtime.

    Planning out my meals and the time to eat will be very beneficial I think to achieving my goals in 4 weeks as long as I stick to the routine and don’t change anything throughout the process.  Your meal intake is plays such an important role in how your body reacts, absorbs and changes.

    What To Wear

    For me it has been a while since I have felt comfortable finding that perfect outfit that suits me or that looks great.  I have bought endless clothing from stores and spent so much money which has gone to waste.

    One of my favorite stores that I have recently come across is Orchid Dreams.  They seem to have every type of apparel I like such as club dresses, swimsuits and jeggings and sexy lingerie -  they also fit very well.  They’re hassle free return policy and their wonderful service has kept me going back.   Sometimes I like to visit the clubwear blog for all sorts of cocktail dresses advice as well.

    I love shopping and online stores have come to be my favorite for many different reasons. The prices, quality, free shipping and living a busy life I simply don’t have time to go shopping.  So searching online helps me save time and I keep my closet updated.  Fitness has always been a big part of my life, looking great and feeling good goes hand in hand. Where to shop can be difficult for many especially when you work long hours during the day there just isn’t enough time in the day to jump in the car and have an enjoyable shopping day.  Knowing where to shop is the key. Looking at yourself in the mirror you can determine what will suit you and your body type.  If you want sexy and tight go for clubwear type of stores as they have a big selection of sexy wear and you will be sure to pick out a few items.  For those seeking to cover up more check out stores which carry more of the everyday wear.

    When shopping make a list of apparel, colors and the amount you are looking to purchase.  For example, fair pinks as opposed to taupe might work best on your skin tone and vice versa. Also, are you looking for a special outfit an upcoming event or are you just randomly shopping.  Sometimes you can find such cute outfits on sale when you are not searching for specific clothing.  This is also a great way to add to your collection without breaking the bank.

    Many times, we have to keep in mind the weather. So if you live in Florida you are more than welcome to buy shorts and tank tops while if you live in colder climate you have to buy warmer clothes. But that doesn’t mean you can’t buy sexy mini dresses or skirts for occasions events and for when the weather warms up.

    Knowing what to wear is not always the easiest thing to do especially when you’re busy with work or your kids.  It takes some time to figure out how to juggle everything plus maintaining your look which is always very important. So make sure to stay fit, healthy and shop to your liking. You can always experiment till you figure out what suits you best. Shopping does not have to be a hassle it can be more fun and it is much easier I find to do online.  There is no risk and there is so much available at your finger tip.

    What to Eat

    1These days many people consider losing weight. When there are so many food places on our paths it’s hard to avoid them therefore can be a cause for gaining weight rapidly. The focus here does not need to be on how to lose the weight but more on changing your lifestyle and habits which are making you gain weight.  As these small changes daily will help you achieve your goals. Figuring out a timing of when to eat is a great start.  Meaning don’t leave yourself hungry or eating till you are very full.  Remaining consistent on what times to eat will help you succeed in what you are trying to achieve.

    Eating 2 hours within going to bed is not a good idea and perhaps you may want to skip supper.  Breakfast, lunch and dinner are still the best ways to go.

    Here are foods that you can eat at the following times only shown as an example of course that would benefit you.

    Breakfast; try having fruits or organic foods that can be found in many cereals. You can try drinking milk that is healthy such as Soy, Oat and Rice Milk.  Very healthy and great for your body especially in the morning the start of your day.

    3Lunch, you can try skinless chicken sandwich or a small salad with spinach, beet leaves and a light dressing of your liking.

    Dinner, many think that if you have missed your meals throughout the day that dinner time is when you catch up which is simply not true.  Eat a proper meal that does not hurt your stomach there is no point. Try having steak or salmon which are healthy and not very heavy with a side of salad or any other healthy vegetable plate.

    What you eat is important for your daily health.  So knowing what to eat is a good way to.

    So when you are going shopping make a list of all the foods you want to buy making sure they fit the healthy category.

    Below are great things you can buy:

    Leafy greens, beans, whole grains, Tomatoes (which are my favorite), Olive oil, nuts, and fish, green tea and white tea. Also make sure to add foods rich in iron which are also needed: Squash, liver, beef and lamb, dark chocolate and tofu.

    When you are shopping make sure to keep an out as there will be many things available to choose from but just make sure you are picking the best and healthiest foods.  It is easy to lose track and buy junk food and all but just keep your goal in mind if you have set one or just try your best to pick out healthy foods. Eating proper meals a day will transform your life and you will live a better and healthier life. I personally love fruits and vegetables and processed foods with too much oil tend to hurt my stomach.  Which is a red flag that my body does not need this type of food. So listen to your body it can tell you what it needs and what it does not.

    1Healthy living is now more than ever the only form of living.  Living happy and feeling good is best achieved by living a healthy life style daily. Keeping in shape and being healthy will help you enjoy your life till you get older without feeling pain or harm.  Living healthy is truly very simple and there are so many ways to develop yourself into a better person.

    Many of us in the world worry about diseases and living a healthy life is a great way to prevent diseases and a great start to a better future. Staying healthy is a great way to prevent diseases and put your mind at ease knowing you’re doing all that you can to better yourself.  Making sure to eat healthy foods is vital to maintaining good health.  Make sure to stock up your fridge with fruits, vegetables and meats low in fat. These types of food will help ensure you are providing your body with what it needs. You can always look up recipes to making great tasting yet healthy meals.  Check Online or magazines for a variety of recipes available.  Healthy life magazines can be found at any local store near you.

    Exercise is also very important to keeping healthy.  Daily exercise will help you keep in shape and burn fat ensuring you are helping your body get what it needs.

    There is such a thing as a healthy food pyramid which will be very beneficial to you. They play an important factor in your daily life.  This guideline shows you the proper foods to eat and which not to.  Carbohydrates at the top of the chain because of the energy it can provide you to go on with your day followed by fruits and vegetable which are very high in protein.  Of course, keep in mind that eating too much will result in high calories in which case it is better to eat foods full of nutrients.

    For those wishing to lose weight cooking light meals is the best way to go. Our bodies require proteins that can be found in eggs, meats, and poultry.

    2Here are a few tips that you can follow to live a healthy lifestyle.

    1)     Drink Pure water if you can up to 8 glasses a day if you can especially a glass before a meal.

    2)    Try eating fruits and vegetables instead of unhealthy snacks the darker the more nutrients they contain.

    3)    Protein is a great way to build muscle.  Fish, Meat, Beans and so on are great sources of high protein.

    4)    If you can avoid foods which contain starch such as sugar, fries, white bread and so on.

    5)    Make sure to get in exercise daily even when you’re feeling too tired and lazy this will help you tremendously.

    6)    Don’t let yourself go hungry, for example instead of having 3 large meals maybe you can have 5 small ones throughout the day if that is something you think would work best for you.

    7)    Fiber is a great way to main your cholesterol. Fiber can be found in fruits or whole grain foods.

    As you can see, there are simple ways of helping keep yourself healthy.  Just follow these steps daily to ensure a healthy lifestyle.
